Nettle Soup
I don’t know if nettles grow here, but if they do I want to put them in a soup!

Random soup with avocado on top
I do need to expand my soup-making repertoire, and this would be a yummy addition.

Pumpkin Soup with Coriander Pesto
A bit of a twist on the old Pumpkin recipe.

Pasta:

Chicken and Artichoke Pasta
I love a nice simple pasta, and this seems to fit into that category.

Chorizo Pasta
I actually did cook this, but I replaced the wild garlic and welsh onion with regular garlic and onion, because that is what I had. Irregardless it turned out pretty good. I reckon if you stick to the recipe you would end up with something more posh than what I had though.

Zucchini Fritters
Because I know I will make zucchini fritters at some stage, and this looks like a nice base recipe.

Naan Bread
I did actually try this once, but I didn’t follow the instructions very well, so what I ended up with kinda sucked. I would like to give it another go.

Chocolate
I don’t know whether I would actually make it myself. But I really would like to, just to say I can.

Yoghurt
I love the idea of making one’s own yoghurt – plus it would be a good skill to have.

Vinegar
As vinegar can be used in both cooking and cleaning I reckon it is a fairly essential skill to have.

Pasta
To go with all those pasta dishes. This is definitely a skill I want to have, I was a little put off by the pasta-making experiences I had in primary school. It always seemed so impossible. But many things that seemed impossible to me as a child I find are easy as an adult. So I guess I’ll give it a go.

Butter
Oh man, making your own butter is awesome. But you have to get the cream from somewhere… oh well, we will work on that later.
